These reflections come from people who have stepped into the practice and explored movement, music, and mindfulness in their own way.
I came in expecting a typical yoga class, but Soul Flow is something else entirely. The music, the energy, and Nathan’s guidance create a space where you can really switch off your mind. It’s become my weekly reset, both physically and mentally.
What I love most is that there’s no pressure to perform. You’re encouraged to move in your own way, which is rare. The sessions feel structured but also free at the same time. It’s the first time I’ve actually enjoyed being in my body.
Soul Flow feels like therapy through movement. The combination of breath, music, and flow allows me to release stress I didn’t even realise I was holding. I always leave feeling more open and present in my daily life.
I’ve tried a lot of fitness and yoga classes, but nothing has felt as intuitive as this. It’s not about getting it right, it’s about feeling it. That shift in mindset has made a huge difference for me, both physically and emotionally.
